Sending an email notification when 3 surveys have been submitted to Survey123 within a 24 hour period

I’m having a hard time getting my scenario to work properly. What I need to happen is…

  1. Survey123 (Watch a Survey)
  2. Google Sheets (Add a Row)
  3. Google Sheets (Search Rows Advanced)
  4. Gmail (Send an Email)

I’m able to get modules 1 and 2 working, but I’m having issues with 3 & 4.
Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

Hey there,

what are you searching for inside the sheet? And what issues are you having getting it to run? Can you share some more screenshots of the module setups and some execution histories?

Based off my research on how to get this working, I had to use a Data Store and then search the Data Store to I believe grab the latest 3 submissions in the last 24 hours. That’s my understanding at least. When the scenario gets run, it says there’s an issue with the Query in the Search module. I think the problem is I’m just not sure how to tell it to do the right thing. As of right now, the attached is what my query is - which is not functioning at all.
