ServiceM8 Watch Jobs Module

I am using the ServiceM8 Watch Jobs module as a trigger. I run it, go to ServiceM8 to create a new job, and the module receives no data. I know the ServiceM8 connection in Make is not broken because the List Jobs module works perfectly. What is the likely fix?

Is your:

  • Scenario active / on, and
  • Scheduling is set to “Immediately”?

Yes!

The scenario is active and the scheduling is set to Immediately

Either,

  • press “Run Once”, THEN trigger it from ServiceM8, or
  • exit your scenario and view the “Execution History” as it may have already ran.

If these fails to trigger your scenario, then it’s definitely a webhook set-up issue.

I have tried the two options. I think it is a webhook set up issue
