Webhook trigger stopped working after 3 weeks

What is your goal?

I want to take a home address via OpnForm form and have a scenario in make.com get the flood details.

What is the problem & what have you tried?

The problem is the scenario does not get triggered. Since it is web hook, it should be automatically triggered. However no trigger happens and I do not get subsequent HTTP blocks to work. Here is what I tried – double checked the web hook address and it is correct, I looked at the simple log and advanced log and it does not give me any explicit errors. I have attached the log of the scenario. Please provide any tips / tricks.

Error messages or input/output bundles

I do not have any errors. I get success everywhere. My scenario pushes messages to Slack and they are not appearing. That is how I know the scenario was working fully in December 2025 first week.
