I am using the ServiceM8 Watch Jobs module as a trigger. I run it, go to ServiceM8 to create a new job, and the module receives no data. I know the ServiceM8 connection in Make is not broken because the List Jobs module works perfectly. What is the likely fix?

I had to Edit and Update the connection in Make

Yes! The scenario is active and the scheduling is set to Immediately [image]

Either, press “Run Once”, THEN trigger it from ServiceM8, or exit your scenario and view the “Execution History” as it may have already ran. If these fails to trigger your scenario, then it’s definitely a webhook set-up issue. — @samliew

I have tried the two options. I think it is a webhook set up issue
