Setting up an Email Autoresponder

Hi everyone! new to make.com.

I’m looking to setup a scenario where I autorespond to emails that have certain keywords in the subject line; however, i dont want those emails to be auto responded to again if i reply ot them.

I realized if i respond to the same email though, in my inbox, it’s gonna have the same subject line within it.

Is there a way limit one email sender to go through my scenario only once?

This is what i have so far:

I am trying to make it so it only sends one initial follow up to the original recipient of an email its grabbing. If i already sent a follow up, it should not send another email to that recipient.

Figured it out! Just added a second filter to exclude the words “RE:” so that the original sender doesn’t get a follow up message if i reply.

If anyone has a better way to do this though please let me know!

Check if the email output bundle contains references. If yes that’s more reliable.
