I have successfully connected my Xero contact data with the Sharepoint online list. I have used the Watch function on Xero, and this, I suppose, is the trigger. In Sharepoint, I would like one record per contact to use it as a lookup in multiple lists.
The problem that I am trying to resolve is that every time I make an update in Xero, it creates a duplicate entry. I want it to update the existing record. is there a simple way to resolve this issue?
I have tried to resolve this myself, but have failed miserably.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
