Subject: Help with restoring Owner/Admin rights in my team

Make Support,

I need assistance with my team settings. I was originally the Team Admin, but due to some mistakes while changing roles, I have lost my higher permissions.

Currently:

  • There is only one active Owner in the team (Prosper27).

  • My role now shows only as Team Member.

  • I cannot manage the team settings or restore myself back as Admin/Owner.

  • I tried to add/change roles, but it only allows Team Member and not Developer or Admin.

I would need your help to:

  1. Restore my role as Owner (or at least Admin) of the team.

  2. Ensure I can again manage team settings and roles.

Could you please assist me in correcting this situation?

Welcome to the Make community!

In Teams, there is no Team Owner role, only Team Admin.

You can ask an Organisation Owner or Organisation Admin to manage all teams and team roles, including granting you the Team Admin role.
