What are you trying to achieve?

I started on the free plan, before upgrading to the core plan. It is now blocking me from running anymore scenarios because of operational limits. This despite only having used 3% of my available operations. Customer service is non-existent. Please Help!

Steps taken so far

I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried to figure out a way to contact customer service but that doesn’t seem to be possible.

Confirm You’re on the Core Plan
Even though you upgraded, Make.com may not have activated the plan due to:

Payment issues

Billing portal error

Account not refreshing after upgrade

Go to Make.com > Subscription & Billing Settings
(https://www.make.com/en/subscription)

Check:

Plan shows Core

Your monthly operations limit (should be 10,000+)

Your usage (e.g., 3% of 10,000)

If it still shows Free or your limits are still locked, then the upgrade didn’t process fully.

And also

When did you upgrade to the Core plan (exact date or approximate)?

Does your account dashboard currently show you’re on the Core plan?

Have you tried running any newly created scenarios, or is the issue limited to existing ones?

Please contact our Customer Care Team and submit a ticket. It’s the only way to handle subscription stuff. :folded_hands:
