Support Question / Response Times

Hi All,

I am writing here because it seems to be the thing to do when you want an answer from support. I have logged a ticket but this is such a simple question. I just want to make sure before I waste any money.

Currently we are on the pro plan with 20k operations. We are running into our data transfer limit. Under the upgrade section it says every 10k operations is another 5gb data transfer. We wont need this continuously. So I wanted to know if I bought an extra 10k operations (not upgrading the monthly plan) if that would also give me another 5gb data transfer.

Follow up question to that, would be if just buying the extra operations does not give me more data transfer. When does the plan upgrade take affect? Is it right after purchase or do you have to wait until your billing period?

With the poor support times I might just move the automation over to zapier where I don’t have to worry about data transfer caps.

For the sake of completeness, let me also share the response here:

There’s no need to upgrade your subscription plan if you don’t want to. You can always purchase extra operations, and data transfer will be included.
