Hi! I’d like to increase my data limit, but I see it’s the same on all higher plans, and purchasing additional credits doesn’t add any gigabytes. Could you tell me how to increase my data limit on my plan? Thank you.

This is about data transfer. Your allowed usage scales proportionally: 5 GB of data transfers per 10,000 monthly credits. So if you have a plan with 10k, then you have 5gb. If your plan has 40k, you have 20gb, etc.

If you scroll down to the FAQ section at the bottom of the Pricing page, it says:
Usage allowance is proportional to the number of credits that you purchase. For every 10,000 credits, you receive a set amount of the parameters detailed below.
Usage allowance
Entitlement per 10k operations licensed per month:
- Data transfer 5 GB
So, if you want more data transfer, simply purchase more credits either through your organisation’s subscription, or additional credits (one-time, or auto-purchasing).
