Support Ticket page shows Connection was Reset

I have a problem I need to contact support with.
But when I tried to access support , it shows this page:

I tried clearing cache, and opening in Incognito - but the result is still the same.
I’m primarily using Edge browser. Anyone else encountering this issue? How do I resolve this?

Also tried logging in and accessing support via Chrome browser, and the result is still the same.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I’m very sorry to hear you’re having trouble opening a ticket with our Care Team.

Since on our end everything is up and running and since you’ve already tried clearing your cache, using incognito mode, and switching browsers, could you please try the following steps to further troubleshoot?

  • Check that your Edge and Chrome are up to date.
  • Try accessing the support page from a different internet connection.

Sorry I haven’t checked this in a long while. Our initial workaround that time was asking another Team member to file the ticket instead.

As to this issue:

  • My Edge is already up to date, and the problem still persists
  • I switched to Mobile Data connection - and the Support page now works (slow to load due to Mobile Data speed)

  • If I switch back to my Wifi, it breaks again.

For future purposes, is there something I need to configure on my Wifi connection so that the Support page won’t show “Connection was Reset”?

There isn’t a universal solution for configuring your connection, but I’d recommend reaching out to your internet provider to see if they might be blocking certain traffic or services.
