Timeout after 10 mins - only for users on the free package?

Hi, I’m trying to run some complex, multi-step scenarios set up by other users. I can never get to the end of the process because Make.com times out after 10 mins.

Is this because I’m currently on the free tier? If I go on to a paid package, will I be able to run scenarios for much longer? Or is there something else I need to do?

Thanks in advance

Cate

hi @catetrotter

Yes, upgrading your plan might indeed resolve the issue you’re facing with the timeout. Moving to a paid package often extends the time available for running scenarios. Even on the core plan, it typically allows for around 40 minutes of execution, which should be a significant improvement over the current 10-minute limit you’re encountering on the free tier. If it helps, your appreciation would be greatly appreciated.

You should definitely upgrade to the Core tier. It is worth it and it will pay for itself from all the time saved from automating all your things.

Otherwise you’re welcome to try out the Make platform with the two free scenarios and 5 minute limit.
