Watch Row GOOGLE SHEET > Create a SLACK message

Hi,

  • My goal is to watch new rows added to a Google Sheet.
  • When new rows are added, I want to create a message on a private channel with the new row information

So far I have tried :

  1. Creating and linking 2 modules : Google sheet and Slack

  2. Configuring the Google sheet connexion and connecting to my account. Specifying the file.

  3. Configuring the Slack module :

  • creating an API following the documentation
  • giving it every right to write, read create for private, groupe, channels in stead of me…
  • linking the MAKE/SLACK API to my Slack and adding it to my channels

=> No error message.
=> Google form takes the new rows just fine
=> The message just isn’t published in the directed slack channel

Would gladly have any help offered on the matter, went on doc or youtube did not find a solution

Please verify the output of the Google Sheet module to ensure that there is data present. To test this, please right-click the module, select ‘Choose where to start,’ choose an option, and run the scenario with the provided data.

I re-did all of the workflow from scratch, did as you said and it worked.

Don’t fully understand why but thanks for the prompt reply !
