Webhook Error // 'My Microsoft connection'. "invalid_grant"

What is your goal?

I have been running a simple Webhook on our site, which has been working fine for the past 8 months, but it recently failed over the holidays, and I am struggling to get it back up and running. The hook: client email in Elementor form > download document from Google Drive > send client email with/ attachment.

The error I am getting is ‘My Microsoft connection’.”invalid_grant”.

Any support would be greatly appreciated?

I am looking for a way to deothenticat and then re authenticat the inbox on the final step that sends the email.

Scenario was deactivated by Make Scenario has encountered an error while being initialized. Fix the error or clear the queue. The reason is: Failed to verify connection ‘My Microsoft connection’. “invalid_grant”.

Hi @Louis2,

You can go to the /connections page in the menu to find all your connections. There you can find the My Microsoft connection and a reauthorize button. You can use that to reauthorize.

If that doesn’t work, your best course of action is to create a new connection. You open the scenario, click the MS 365 module and add a new connection from there.
