Webhook in Make.com not triggering the scenario when new data is sent

:bullseye: What is your goal?

Trigger an automation instantly when a customer submits a form on a website and send the data to a database and email notification.

:thinking: What is the problem & what have you tried?

The webhook URL is set up correctly, but the scenario does not trigger when the form is submitted. I’ve tested the form multiple times and confirmed data is being sent, but Make.com does not receive it. I also tried regenerating the webhook and reconnecting it, but nothing changed.

Status: 200
OK But no execution triggered in Make.com

Try this: Click “Run Once”: Make needs to be in active “waiting” mode to capture the first hit. Click the Run Once button in the editor and then submit your form.
