Webhooks don’t work in MAKE. Only changing to Watch Leads works. It works, but there’s a 15-minute delay…

I’ve tried new scenarios, connection verification, re-logging into Facebook, and other tricks—and nothing.

I’m also testing the Competition app, and everything works fine there.

How can I trigger the New Lead scenario?

I’ve read the forum and noticed that this is a fairly common error. I haven’t found a sensible, simple solution; I’ve searched every thread.

I had similar issues with Facebook Lead Ads webhooks not firing reliably. Double-check the subscribed page permissions and that the callback URL is properly verified. Also, Facebook sometimes delays delivery without clear logs. I now run leads through Phonexa after webhook capture—it helps validate data instantly and ensures nothing critical gets lost in the pipeline.
