Webhooks - pa_result problem!

Hello,
I build up an scenario with webhooks and an e-mail automation.
The leads from webhooks are coming from my quiz.

When i test the scenario, sometimes it happens that the leads, do not get an “pa_result” and no “pa_result value”, even i did all the same as before.
Sometimes it works fine, sometimes not.
Even with new e-mails, it´s the same.

I did a screenshot, for explaining.

Can you help me?

I have never seen (or even heard of) a situation where there was a problem with webhooks bringing in partial or incorrect data that had something to do with the Make/Integromat module. Of course, that doesn’t mean it’s impossible.

But, I would bet good money that the issue is due to the process calling the webhook.
