What is your goal?
I need to dissociate my French phone number (ending in **32 40) from a test WhatsApp Business Account (WABA ID: 2527884334250760) that is managed by Make as Tech Provider, so I can reuse this number for WhatsApp Business.
What is the problem & what have you tried?
The Issue:
Meta support has directed me to Make as the Tech Provider responsible for this WABA. I cannot delete or dissociate the phone number from the WhatsApp Manager interface - the delete button is disabled.
My Make Account Details:
- Organization: Nikau’s Organization (ID: 1438798)
- WABA ID: 2527884334250760 (Test WhatsApp Business Account)
- Business ID (Meta): 1168395358436563
What I’ve tried:
- In my Make account, I have NO active WhatsApp Business Cloud connections
- The WhatsApp scenario I created was never fully configured
- The WABA test appears to have been created during an earlier configuration attempt
