As mentioned, I am trying to build my scenario but the whatsapp webhook is not generated. how do you recommend fixing this issue?
The show webhook button ad the copy button do not reveal anything.
I don’t have an answer to that question yet, but do you have a WhatsApp business account, not a regular one?

@Soporte_Seimex i was told by support team that the whatsapp module has been updated and directly connected to the account so no need to copy and paste the webhook url. they should completely remove the webhook copy button soon.

Did you click the “Show address” purple button?
If yes and there’s no URL displayed, that means the app is using a Shared Webhook.
If you see a URL, means the external service has provided a Dedicated Webhook for your own connection.
For security reasons, you are not allowed to view shared webhook URLs as other users are also using the same webhook URL in their connections/scenarios.

Shared webhooks come to use when the service sends all the notifications for all the users to only one registered URL.
