I submitted my application and filled in the information form a long time ago. But I haven’t received any feedback yet, neither rejection nor approval. How long will it take to complete the review?

The review process may take several weeks. If you have any questions about the approval or need clarification on any part of the process, it’s best to open a ticket with us and select the “Custom Apps” from the dropdown menu. The team will get back to you as soon as possible with the relevant information.
One hold-up can happen if you haven’t yet submitted the form you’re requested to complete immediately after submitting your app for review.
No review will start until that form is completed. Worth checking back through your email history just to be sure!
