How long does it take for a custom app to be verified and published?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to ask about the typical timeline for getting a custom app verified and published on Make.

I submitted my custom app for verification almost 4 weeks ago. Since then, the status hasn’t changed and it’s still in the same stage as when I first submitted it. I also tried reaching out via email to the Make team, but unfortunately I haven’t received any response yet.

So I wanted to ask:

How long did the verification process take for your custom apps?
Is it normal for the review process to take this long?

I completely understand that reviews can take time, but I just wanted to check if this is within the normal timeframe or if there might be something else I should do.

Hey there,

is it a large app? Cause I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait that long to at least get a response that I messed something up and need to fix it.
