You can use the built-in join function to join an array of values (SKUs) into a single text string.

e.g.:

{{ join(array_of_skus; ", ") }}

But first you need to get all the skus from the line items, so you need to use the map function.

e.g.:

{{ join(map(1.line_items; "sku"); ", ") }}
