Zendesk issue connection oAuth

What are you trying to achieve?

Hey guys,

I’m trying to connect my Zendesk Account to Make.com, and I’m using the official Zendesk module for this.
I have already created my Oauth Client key in Zendesk with all the correct information and the unique_identifier and secret saved and valid. However, after entering the data in Make, the authentication screen opens with the following message:

Invalid Authorization Request
invalid_request “redirect_uri” mismatch

Has anyone experienced this and managed to resolve it?

Steps taken so far

I have tried to connect several times, on different dates, and also generating new Oauth keys, but all attempts were unsuccessful.

What “redirect_uri” are you using, and what does the official Zendesk API documentation say is the correct one?
