Now that formulas are accessible through the Monday API, is there a way we can access formulas through the Monday modules on Make.com? When retrieving data it is showing up as empty for me even though the column has a working formula inside.

It’s only available from API version 2025-01. You probably need to wait for make.com to update all its modules to use the latest version, if you are using the Graph QL module you can select what API version you want to use.
