My primary goal is to:
Once an email in a personal Gmail inbox gets the new label “Invoices”, the pdf attachment in the email (e.g. invoice.pdf) automatically gets uploaded to the Google Drive folder “Invoices” and renamed to an efficient & easy to find document name.
I tried to do a test by sending an invoice from my other Gmail account but the attachment (invoice pdf file) is not showing in my Gdrive. did I do the test correctly?

Hi @Psalm_Gajudo
I think this is due to there is no operations from Gmail module to check your scenario with existing data, please follow the below steps.
1.Right click on the Watch Email module choose where to start.
2. Click the select the first email and choose one and then save it.
3. Run the scenario.
Following these steps will trigger the chosen data to run.

I followed the above steps and selected the first email but there are no items available shown.
I also tried to send another test email again from my other account and it is still not automated to my Gdrive. Can you confirm if this is the only error set up on my scenario? Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you soon!

This could be a result of either the folder you’ve selected within the watch module is not proper or a connection error. Therefore, please ensure that you have accurately chosen the folder and connection.

It worked! I just realized that I haven’t labeled those test emails that contain the attachments to my “invoice” label in Gmail. Is there a way to automatically label those emails that contain invoices to their specific folder/label (invoice)? It did work but I have to manually label them first before they move to the Gdrive folder (invoices).
