Hello, I want to use Make to create tasks on ActiveCampaign and automatically assign them to people based on custom fields.
I couldn’t find how to do it on Make, has anyone already done it?
You could use a router and filter according to the custom field to a module that is assigning a task for a particular user.
If your organization is fairly large or has many different people coming in and out frequently it might be better to use a database to keep track of user information for proper routing.
