Dmarc issues witg Gmail

Hello,

I have a domain Aistralis.com and I use my Gmail address to send messages from this domain.

So, I use ‘from: xxx@aistralis.com’ as sender.

This all works fine, mails get sent out.

But …

When I make automation in Make.com, using the Gmail-module (where I can choose the ‘from’ field), mails from this don’t get sent out.

I always get the message:

"

550 5.7.26 Unauthenticated email from aistralis.com is not accepted due to domain’s DMARC policy. Please contact the administrator of aistralis.com domain if this was a legitimate mail. To learn about the DMARC initiative, go to Control unauthenticated mail from your domain - Google Workspace Admin Help 5b1f17b1804b1-4319398161bsor4406425e9.11 - gsmtp

"

What do I have to do to solve this?

All sfp, dkim, dmarc records seem to be fine.

Thx,

Peter

Hi @Peter4 and welcome to the Make Community!

I would look at the headers for the email sent to see if it really is using the youraccount@gmail.com email address instead of a make.com email address. That would explain the problem.

I encountered this issue before.

To resolve this just click on the link for a guide on how to adjust the Google workspace settings (policy).

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

P.S.: Did you know, the concepts of about 70% of questions asked on this forum are already covered in the Make Academy. Investing some effort into it will save you lots of time and frustration using Make later!

Small update …

I was logged in in Make with Google account Y.
The email config is for Google account X.

I logged in with Google account X and it seems to be working but ONLY if I send it to Google account X.
To other email addresses, I doesnt send out (and no error message)
