Email added in spam folder

Hi everyone!

I hope you are doing well. I’m building a scenario where I get the details of a person from gravity form and added into my CRM (Pipedrive).

Details:

  • If a person is new then send him/her an email (Thanks for connecting)
  • If person is already in CRM then update it.

Now, the issue I’m facing while testing the scenario is that the email goes into the spam folder of the person’s Gmail/outlook whenever a new person registers.

I need help with that how can I solve the issue?

This happens when the content of the email, or the domain of your email trips Gmail spam filters.

Please provide the uncensored email subject and content body here so we can see what makes it spammy.

Sorry for late response.

I think I should have unmap the “Body Content-Type”. Maybe, that way I can remove email from spamming.
