When I send an mail with Gmail, this one appear in the spam box in Gmail

Hello,

I want to make a scenario when a person fills a form in Webflow, this person receives a mail only if this mail has gmail.com at the end.

My scenario works but when the mail is sent it goes directly to my spam box. But I want to receive this mail in my mailbox.

I tried with SenGrid, I have the same problem.

How to solve this problem?

I would suggest this is an issue with the email account that SENDING the email. Is it set up correctly? Do you have _dmarc and SPF records in the DNS of the domain?

Try using SendinBlue instead of SenGrid. They walk you through the process of setting up the domain correctly and giving you the necessary records to add. Once you have set it up, it will verify your domain is configured correctly.
