Facebook leads 80% one sales person and 20% other sales person

Hi there,

I am using: Facebook Lead Ads (Get Lead Details) → Tools (increment function) → Router → Odoo (create a lead)

I want to send 80% (4/5) to one sales person and 20% (1/5) to another sales person. How can I do this? I can only find even and uneven numbers.

I also want to know if I have to put the increment function to: 1. Never, 2. after one cycle or 3 after one scenario run.
