Frequent Tally.so Reauthorization Required in Make.com

Hi everyone,

We’ve been facing a recurring issue with the Tally.so integration in Make.com. We use several scenarios with the official Tally module to instantly receive new form submissions.

However, about once a week, all connections to Tally.so become invalid and need to be reauthorized manually. When this happens, the scenarios throw multiple errors like:

[400] Bad Request
Failed to verify connection 'Tally forms'. [400] Bad Request
Cannot initialize the scenario because of the reason 'Failed to verify connection 'Tally forms'. [400] Bad Request'

It used to happen about once a month, but recently it’s become weekly.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Is there a way to prevent the connection from expiring so frequently?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi! I’m Marie, co-founder of Tally. We’re looking into the issue with the Make team. Our apologies for the inconvenience!

Hi @Greatness_me , I’m afraid that’s not correct. Tally’s integrations are free so this has nothing to do with a subscription issue. We’re looking into what’s causing this with the Make team and hope to get it fixed asap!

@Michaela @vendy can we escalate this topic urgently? Thanks!
