Having trouble mapping Phone

:bullseye: What is your goal?

Create a contact into GHL CRM when someone fills out my facebook instant form with all the information filled.

 What is the problem & what have you tried?

Hi, I’m trying to create a contact into GHL CRM when someone fills out my facebook instant form.

Everything seems to be working except for phone. Nothing populated in my GHL CRM.

You can try opening your execution log in Make.com and check the GHL Module.

If it is null or empty, then you’ll need to check your mapping or remap it.

If it shows the phone number then Make.com is sending the data correctly and for some reason, GHL is dropping it.

So you’ll need to file a support ticket on their end.

Hey thank you it works now. I am wondering if you know why it doesnt automatically update? I have to press run when someone submits a facebook instant form. I have the setting “on demand”

Any ideas?

Thank you!

Yeah “On Demand” means the scenario will only execute if you run it. You need to change the scheduling so it executes on its own.

Hey @Jordan_Dang,

As @Stoyan_Vatov suggested, you need to change the trigger from ‘On Demand’ to the ‘Scheduling’ option by clicking the clock icon on the trigger. That will make it run automatically. For the phone number, GHL requires the E.164 format, so make sure the number includes the country code, for example +1789456123
