Hi @Diego_Vallejo , I specialize in building scalable Monday.com setups that are clean for users and reliable behind the scenes. I can handle board architecture, sub-items, connected boards, mirror columns, formulas, dependencies, dashboards, and automation logic, and I also integrate Monday with tools like Zapier, Make, and GoHighLevel when native workflows need to go further. My approach is to first map the operational process, then build the board structure and automation layer so the system stays easy to manage as your team grows. I’ve also stepped into existing Monday accounts to fix broken automations, simplify cluttered setups, and improve reporting visibility without disrupting active work. I’m available for project-based support and can provide the required 2–3 minute Loom walkthrough with recent examples and availability. Send over the first project scope or your current Monday setup, and I can review it and outline the best implementation path. Feel free to book a call with me here to discuss this further.

Hi @Diego_Vallejo thanks for sharing. I specialize in building automation workflows and have experience with Monday.com. Can I dm you with the requirements?

Hi Diego, Welcome to make.com community :waving_hand:

This aligns well with my skill set . I typically work on automation systems that connect tools like monday.com with CRMs and other platforms, not just board setup.

I’ve handled:
• workflow automation + integrations (Make / APIs)
• syncing data across tools (CRM ↔ project systems)
• fixing and improving existing setups for reliability

So beyond boards, I focus on making sure everything actually works end-to-end.

Quick question:
• Are most of your projects internal monday setups, or heavy integrations with external tools?

I can share a short Loom covering my approach and relevant builds. Looking forward to hearing from you if this fits Diego!

For a Monday.com cleanup/build like this, I would start with a short board inventory before changing automations. The risky part is usually hidden dependencies: mirror columns, connected boards, formula fields, dashboards, and automations that look unrelated but break when a status or item structure changes.

A good first milestone would be: map the current boards/workspaces, pick one high-value workflow, document the required columns and permissions, build or repair that workflow, and verify the dashboard/reporting view against real sample items. That gives you a reusable pattern for the rest of the projects instead of a one-off board fix.

TinyOps Studio can do a fixed $149 Monday.com workflow audit and return the board map, risk list, and first implementation plan. If useful, email support@tinyopsstudio.com with the boards/workflows you want improved first and any dashboard outputs the admin needs.
