I want to do the thing that I mentioned in the title, cause my order notes have a tracking number, that I want automatically to be added to my google sheets field, when that tracking number is added to notes from the delivery company side.

Easy solution here, just use the “List Order Notes” module. You need to set the “type” to “Customer” and map the “Order ID” from the previous WooCommerce module. I would place the “list notes” module before the Iterator and there is a possibility that there will be multiple notes to the customer, I would definitely add some filtering after the “list notes” module.
