How to Run a scenario when new file is updated whith data predefined

Hi everybody ! I’m new in this world and i’m trying to do a scenario to create automaticly my contracts for each person of a group. I have done the scenario to use a googlesheet with the data i need and save it as a pdf (using a google doc) but i would like to do this every time i add a a new googlesheet whith the same data (but different people).

My problem is that i have to start the scenario with googlesheet → Watch new rows , and select a file with wich contains the data. Is there any solution give the data at the begining and then start the scenario ?

I’m not sure it’s very clear but i can explain more if needed.
