Hello everyone!
I’m trying to upload a PDF version of a Google Slides presentation to Airtable.
Apparently, I’m doing something wrong, because although there’s no error, the file doesn’t actually upload to Airtable.
Also, I was wondering: is there a way to convert this Google Slides presentation to JPG instead of PDF, without using CloudConvert?
Could you please help me out?
Apologies for the module names being in Spanish.
Thanks so much in advance!

Hey Sandra,
why are you downloading the file AND getting a share link for it? Its either/or, you don’t need both.
Can you show a screenshot of the Update a Record module output? Are you getting an error message or something?
Hi there!
Sorry for the delayed response — I’ve been on vacation for the past few days.
I’m attaching a screenshot of the Airtable Update module I’m using. I’m not getting any errors, but the issue is that the PDF file isn’t uploading to the attachment field in my Airtable table — the field just stays empty.
I’m sure I’m doing something wrong, as you mentioned, but I’m still a beginner and not quite sure what the issue is.
Here’s what I’m trying to achieve:
I have a Google Slides file in Google Drive, and I want to upload it as a PDF to an attachment field in an Airtable record.
Could you please guide me on how to properly set this up in Make? Specifically, which modules I should use and how to structure the scenario?
Thanks so much for your help!
