If/else statement

Hi all. Hope you are having a great weekend. I’m trying to create an automation that posts to social media but the trigger is from Google sheets. So you can see on the attached that day one it looks for the row and sees its for Facebook and that it’s not been “done” so it will post. On day two it will run again looking at the row but it will see that it’s “done” and not post. the bit I’m having trouble with is how do I get it to keep on going through the rows until it finds the next Facebook post that hasn’t been labelled as “done”. So essentially, on day two it would publish row 11 from the spreadsheet.

When you search Google sheets for the next thing to do - could you use a filter - to filter out the “Done” rows…

absolutely but I can’t work out how to go back to the beginning to search again

Next time the scenario runs it will search from scratch again - starting at row one each time.
You can configure it to return just one row - or as many as you want to handle.

Hi @Andi_Thornton

The search starts in ascending order. So with the filter mentioned by @LittleRiverDog and limit of 1, you can get this done.
