Inconsistent Outputs from Fillout Forms Trigger: Why is the Second Run differernt?

Hi! I’m getting form responses from the instant Fillout watch respones module. But the first run of the module doesn’t give me the information needed to continue through the scenario. However, when i run it a second time, it gives the information that is clearly identifiable.

How do I get just the second output first so the scenario doesn’t break? This is a small Fillout form, but I have another longer one and going through each “question id” without knowing the question label (as seen in the first run) makes it difficult to map to other modules.

You can simply redetermine the webhook module’s Data Structure.
