I’ve got this scenario take when we forward and email to our mail hook it takes the information from the email and check in the monday leads board if there is a lead record with that email. If so then that record gets an update with the email mail information or main message from the conversation. If not than a new lead record is created with the scraped information from the email. How do I add in here that if it cant find a record in the lead board it will also look for a record in the client board (based on email) and if found it will update that record, all in one workflow (since this automation currently only works for lead in the monday lead board and the client board is a seperate board in monday)?
