How should I rise a ticket?

If I understand correctly, you’re upgrading from Integromat to Make and are getting the ‘Missing country’ error, right?
As a user who’s mid-migration, you can log a support ticket with us by clicking ‘Contact Support’ in the Integromat editor:
In the ticket, you then choose the ‘Upgrade to Make’ option:
