As a Make affiliate, I have been treated extremely poorly, and I am once again addressing the persistent issue of not receiving my requested monthly payout in a timely manner.
Once again, for the 10th time this year, I am forced to chase down the payments I am owed, and I am left questioning whether this problem will ever be resolved.
This ongoing issue has severely damaged my opinion of Make as a company.
It is infuriating that I must repeatedly plead and fight for the money I have rightfully earned.
Once again, I have been waiting an entire month for my affiliate payout, and no one has paid me. Worse yet, no one seems to be working on resolving this matter.
When I open support tickets, the issue is ignored. When I reach out to individuals like Javier Coomonte, who is supposedly in charge of affiliates, my concerns are either dismissed or ignored. No matter whom I contact at Make, this issue remains unresolved.
Let me be clear: This is NOT a PayPal issue. This has been a consistent problem for over a year, not just in the last month. Suggesting otherwise is both inaccurate and dismissive.
At this point, it feels like Make is intentionally mistreating its affiliates, generating significant ill will, and attempting to withhold funds. This sentiment arises from the fact that I have NEVER ONCE been paid without begging and pleading for what I am owed.
Yes, I EVENTUALLY get paid, but Make never pays me without an extended struggle. My payments always require me to go through weeks of begging & pleading to various people at Make.
Every month, without fail, I must endure the same exhausting ritual of chasing payments that should have been sent automatically within a few weeks after I request my payouts. How can you expect affiliates to continue referring customers to Make under these conditions?
I am supposedly ranked among your Top 15 Affiliates, yet the payout is barely enough to cover a month’s groceries. That alone is frustrating, but the added insult of having to fight for even that small amount makes this treatment completely unacceptable & insulting.
Will anyone at Make finally step up and take responsibility for resolving this ongoing issue?
Once again, this is NOT A PAYPAL ISSUE, which is the excuse that is currently floating around Make Headquarters as their reason for not paying affiliates. This issue has been going on for well over a year.
I would like to see immediate action taken to resolve this ongoing issue. This situation is unprofessional, unacceptable, and detrimental to the relationship between Make and its affiliates.
