Hi can’t figure out why these numbers aren’t going through. I have my filter set to allow numbers that are under 11 digits or over 15 digits through. The number that is blacked out has 10 digits after the +.

Make sure the filter is correctly added with numeric operator as follows:
The same operators are there for time operators also.
