Wow that’s extremely terrible since it took almost a whole day to run. Hopefully support can shed some light into this matter. Have you contacted them yet?

Interesting I’ve discovered that when I use a VPN pointed to the UK it works quickly. So there’s some bias going on with the network guys - even if we are paying clients. Which is disappointing to say in the least.

It makes sense, since Make is based in the UK. Perhaps it’s just a temporary web routing issue that may not have anything to do with Make.

Either way, support should be able to investigate further and provide additional advice about this.

For technical issues like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to.

I informed technical support but I still use VPN to get immediate results. It works faster so for anyone out there facing the same issues, just use a VPN to US when accessing the us1 or UK for the eu site. Works for me.
