Retrieving back a signed document from Adobe Sign to Airtable

Hello, can someone help me with one little thing??

Im trying to retrieve back a signed document from Adobe Acrobat Sign, but Im experiencing a long path into this automation. After retrieving the singed document I want to post it on a attachment field in airtable. The steps I made was: Watch an agreement filter to the only ones that are signed, get an agreement, find a record (airtable) and last to Update a record with that document but it is not working. It is returning a empty file.

Can anybody help me with this issue? I saw earlier that can be solved with “Make an API call”, but im also a little bit lost how to make it

I’m not familiar/don’t have access to Adobe Acrobat Sign, but here is a screenshot of how I upload a file via URL to an Airtable column of type “Attachment”

Hey drnic, thanks for returning back!!

Yeah, unfortunately the document form Adobe does not return a “href”. The most likely issue going on it is that Adobe is retrieving back a empty document. I will send here a screenshot with the fields that I can out in the attachment field. I would also like to thank your time to try helping me
