RuntimeError for Integration Loyverse, Joomla

I would like to create an integration between Loyverse users and Joomla users, but I have not found a prepared module, so I am working on the API Call. Unfortunately after many attempts I am still blocked to a Runtimeerror.
Thanks for your help

Welcome to the Make community!

When asking a question, next time try to include screenshots of how you have set up the module so that we don’t have to guess what you have done.

You inserted an Absolute (full) URL into the URL field.

If you read the description below it, it says:

Enter a path relative … for example …

So you simply need to omit the first part of the URL that will be added for you.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

Hello, thanks for your kind reply.

I am sorry if I did not provide the necessary elements to understand the problem, but I am very new to Make and it is still difficult for me to even distinguish which elements are important.
I thought it was enough to report the screenshot of the problem, but now everything is starting to be a little clearer. Thank you very much for your help.

Now I have tried to change the settings of the Joomla module many times and at the moment I have arrived at this configuration, where the GET method works. But when I switch to the PUT method the problem occurs again.

Thanks in advance for the help.

You do not need to insert the authorisation header. The connection should do that for you.

Next, are you get sure this route supports the PUT method? Please refer to the official Joomla documentation to confirm.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

I tried both with PUT and with PATCH and also with POST but I always receive:
… <H1.> Access Denied by Security Policy </ H1>

Your Request is Blocked by a Security Policy Rule.
... ... a href = "https://mydomanin.com.hosting /modsec/?domain=www.mydomanin.com&Ip=54.75.157.xxx&path=/home/xx1234/web/mydomanin.com/public_html">deactivate /a> /p> /body> / html>

I also deactivated the modsec but does not change. I will try to ask my hosting.

But don’t I have to write anything in the body?

Thanks in advance

Please refer to the official Joomla documentation to see how to call the endpoint.

Thank you very much, you were very kind to provide me with answers, however I have to note that Make requires very advanced technical knowledge to be able to be used. This is obviously a good thing because it allows you to have excellent results, but in any case it remains a tool for professionals only.
Which means that you must be willing to make large capital investments to realize a small project.
I am very sorry to have to abandon my project.

I also turned to a company that seems specialized for these jobs and for Make, but they were unable to conclude anything good in the end. So I find myself having also spent money but without having results, because there continue to be problems everywhere.
Problems with the API, problems with permissions on the server and many other things.

I do not have the skills and no one has the skills for every single aspect, so everything is fragmented and it would take several technicians where each one deals with their own aspect of the problem.
So since I don’t have the conditions nor the will to make big investments for a relatively useful technicality, I give up my project and also Make, hoping that everything can become simpler and more accessible one day beyond the great propaganda of ease of use.

Thanks for your patience.
