Sync Notion Databases to Google Calendar

"Hey everyone, I’m using the ‘Sync Notion Databases to Google Calendar’ template because it does exactly what I’m looking for.

These are the features I need:

  1. I create a database in Notion with the status ‘Inquiry’ – this should automatically create a calendar entry ‘Inquiry Test x Test.’
  2. I update the status from ‘Inquiry’ to ‘Deposit’ – at this point, the calendar entry should be updated from ‘Inquiry Test x Test’ to ‘Test x Test Wedding Day.’

So far, the calendar entry works as described in point one. However, when I try to make the update, nothing happens. Has anyone experienced the same problem or knows what could be causing this? I’ve been struggling with this forever and just can’t find the issue…"

Hi Jermain,
It sounds like point #2 may work with this setup:

  1. Watch database items (by updated time)
  2. Filter for “Status” = “Deposit” + an additional “control” filter to ensure a duplication doesn’t happen
  3. Update GCal event (if you store the event ID in the Notion database this is easier)

Thats my Setup… but it wont work… if i try to run the szenario it doesnt do anything after updating the notion database

After i switch the Event in Notion to “Anzahlung” it should run 2nd szenario. but it only switched modul (1) status to “1” like seen in this screenshot:

Ah strange - the setup looks quite correct to me. If you click on “1” in the last screenshot, do you see any bundle? If not, try to update the status again in Notion and then run the scenario.

And just to make sure, in the trigger (Watch database items), is the “Updated database items” option selected?
