I followed the steps in this Make YouTube tutorial exactly to create a scenario that looks at Google Calendar and, when a new event is created, it creates a Notion database item, and if a Google Calendar event is updated, it changes the Notion database item.
It sort of works, but with a few exceptions:
- If a Google Event is a recurring event, it’s not showing any future dates. It is, however, importing dates before today, which is the date I chose to start from:
- It’s just not adding all the future events. Annoyingly, I have to go into each existing event that I have and change something about it so that the scenario is triggered. But even when I do that, it’s not always getting added/updated. Instead, it seems to prioritize adding old instances of recurring events.
I’ve spent loads of time on this and can’t figure it out. Any help is appreciated!
