Technical Pro (Make/n8n) for Growing Automation Agency

I’m the founder of an automation agency with a proven sales engine. We handle the entire front-end: prospecting, lead gen, closing, and high-level client strategy. We have more demand than I can currently build for.

I am looking for a Technical Implementation Partner to own the delivery.

What I’m looking for:

  • Architect Mindset: You don’t just “connect apps”; you build error-logged, scalable, and redundant systems.

  • Platform Mastery: High proficiency in Make.com, n8n, and API documentation.

  • Documentation: Ability to create Loom videos or SOPs for clients once builds are finished.

The Deal:
I am looking for a long-term partner, not a one-off freelancer. We’re offering a Revenue Share model (Implementation fees + % of monthly retainers). This is a “plug-and-play” scenario for a builder who wants a consistent pipeline without the headache of sales.

Deliverables:

  • Scalable Builds: Clean, error-handled logic in Make/n8n.

  • Handoff: Create technical “walkthrough” videos for our internal library and basic user-training videos for the client’s team to ensure smooth adoption.

DM me with 2-3 examples of complex logic you’ve built (screenshots or brief descriptions) and a quick note on your current weekly availability.

Hello @Marco_Faccin , welcome to make.com community, I have worked and have experience with Make.com and l will love to collaborate with you on this you can schedule a call Here and you can checkout my upwork profile Here, for my pastworks and certifications

Hey @Marco_Faccin , this is a strong fit. I build production-grade automations in Make and n8n with proper error handling, retry logic, logging, webhook security, and clean modular architecture so systems stay maintainable as client volume grows. I’m comfortable working directly from API docs when native modules fall short, and I regularly deliver handoff assets including Loom walkthroughs, SOPs, and client-facing training videos. Recent examples include multi-step lead routing and enrichment flows with fallback logic across CRMs and outbound tools, webhook-driven onboarding systems with status syncing across apps, and API-based reporting pipelines with alerting and failure recovery. I’m interested in a long-term delivery partnership under a revenue share model if the pipeline and expectations are aligned. I currently have weekly capacity to take on active implementation work, so send over a few sample client use cases and I can outline how I’d structure delivery. You can book a call with me here to discuss this further.

Hi Marco, Welcome to the community :waving_hand:

This is exactly the kind of setup where having a strong implementation partner matters — especially with delivery timelines and maintaining clean, scalable systems.

I work across both Make and n8n, focusing on: • error-handled workflows (retries, logging, fallback logic)

• API-based automation systems

• AI + multi-step pipeline builds

Recently completed builds: • AI Voice Agent Automation (API + orchestration)

• n8n Lead Processing & Routing System (recent client build)

• n8n Workflow with error-handling + API integrations (recent client build)

A couple quick questions:

What’s your current delivery bottleneck; volume, complexity, or stability?

Do you already have a standard system architecture for builds?

Are you currently working on any build or setup(or do you have a workflow giving you issues)?

Happy to connect and see if there’s a fit. I can work comfortable for 40 hrs per week.

Still looking for a partner, lmk!

Hi!

I’m a technical builder who loves staying under the hood to create bulletproof architecture while you handle the growth and sales. I don’t just “link nodes”—I build production-grade systems designed to handle high volume without breaking.

How I’ll own the delivery for you:

  • Architect Mindset: I build with a “fail-safe” mentality. Every scenario I create includes strict error-handling and state management (using PostgreSQL or internal databases) so that if an API fails, the system knows exactly where to restart.

  • Platform Mastery: I’m highly proficient in n8n (both self-hosted and cloud) and Make. I’m comfortable digging into complex API documentation to build custom integrations when standard ones don’t cut it.

  • Clear Handoffs: I know that a build is only good if the client can use it. I provide detailed Loom walkthroughs and SOPs as a standard part of my process for every project.

Examples of my complex builds:

  1. Autonomous Content & Lead Factory: A massive system using n8n that handles scraping, intent classification via LLMs, and automated media generation. It’s built with custom event logging to handle thousands of parallel executions reliably.

  2. Real Estate & Fintech Scrapers: Custom lead extraction workflows I’ve built for clients to target specific business accounts with complex filtering logic.

  3. Multi-Tenant Research Bot: A system that delivers customized industry research for multiple clients, using a database to maintain “memory” of past findings across runs.

The Details:

  • Availability: I can commit 25–35 hours per week and am looking for a long-term partnership to scale with you.

I’m ready to jump in and start clearing your backlog. Let’s hop on a call and talk architecture.

Hi Marco. This fits if the first client delivery is a paid implementation milestone, not rev-share-only.

I can own the technical side of Make/n8n/API workflows: architecture, error paths/retries, webhook/API contracts, CRM/data sync, documentation/SOP handoff, and support notes.

I would start with one real client workflow as a paid pilot: map the process, build the first production scenario/subworkflow, add logging/error handling, and write handoff notes.

If that works, we can scale into recurring delivery. What kind of client workflow is waiting right now: CRM/lead routing, reporting, onboarding, or an AI agent flow?

This is exactly the role I’m built for. Senior n8n + AI engineer: I build multi-agent systems, custom MCP servers, RAG pipelines and production Claude Code tooling, with error-logged, scalable infra. 37+ workflows in production. Delivery-only: you keep prospecting, sales and client strategy, I own the build and ship under your brand. Fixed price per project or a delivery retainer. Happy to send screenshots of live builds and take a small first project so you can judge the quality before committing. Free for a quick call this week.

Hi Jeremy,

I’m a French AI Solutions Architect & RevOps specialist currently based in Mexico (working on US/GMT-5 time zone). Your agency framework aligns 100% with my approach. I am a certified Make expert, and I focus strictly on robust data routing logic and automated operations, not basic app-connecting.

I have standard-built and deployed this infrastructure for two distinct real estate & luxury coordination portfolios. This core-engine is fully operational, stable, and proven in production.

Here is the complex logic I build to ensure zero-error production environments:

  1. Omnichannel State & Thread Management: I engineer multi-route architectures that sync Instagram DMs and WhatsApp webhooks into central CRMs in real-time, managing context memory via strict Thread ID routing.
  2. Production-Grade Synchronization: My pipelines implement advanced filtering, clean Regex text formatting, and automated validation to completely eliminate duplicate database rows or payload collisions.
  3. Less is More Optimization: I stress-test systemic prompts to prevent prompt injections while optimizing payload structures to minimize API latency and token consumption.

Here is a 1-minute video showing my live proprietary core-engine in action (architecture workflow + real-time CRM sync):

I have the screenshots of the backend architecture ready. Let me know if my logic matches your technical delivery goals for a quick sync this week.

Jeremy

Marco - TinyOps Studio can take one real client workflow as a paid pilot, then expand into a delivery partnership if the first build is a fit.

The best fit is Make/n8n/API work where reliability matters: webhook intake, CRM routing, retries, logging, exception queues, client-ready documentation, and clean setup notes. Recent TinyOps work is in that lane: support inbox triage, booking follow-up, document-agent routing, and Make scenario debugging.

For a first pilot, I would map one client process, build the production scenario or n8n subworkflow, add error alerts and recovery paths, and leave your team with the SOP/video outline needed to support it.

If you are still looking, what kind of client workflow is queued first: CRM/lead routing, reporting, onboarding, or an AI agent flow? You can reply here or email [email protected] with the apps and API docs involved.

Hi Marco,

This could be a fit if each client build starts with a paid implementation fee or funded milestone, with revenue share as upside rather than the only payment.

My strongest lane is Make/n8n delivery around API and webhook systems: intake normalization, branching logic, LLM/AI steps with structured outputs, CRM or database updates, retries, error alerts, run logs and concise handoff documentation. I can also write the SOP or walkthrough material after the build so the client and internal team are not dependent on memory.

Relevant build patterns I can own include lead or form intake with validation, enrichment, scoring and CRM/Sheet routing; WhatsApp/SMS/email approval workflows with AI-drafted messages and human review before send; and API sync or asset/customer workflows with idempotency, duplicate guards, error branches and handover notes.

For a first collaboration, I would suggest one paid client slice with clear acceptance criteria, test data and a fixed implementation fee before production access. I am based in Spain/CET and can allocate 10-20 hours/week immediately for scoped build work.

Hi, saw your post about needing a technical implementation partner for Make/n8n delivery.

I can help with scoped workflow builds and debugging where the need is reliable handoff: API mapping, error logs, retries, and documentation.

I can start with one small $149 paid trial task so you can judge fit before ongoing delivery work.

Best,
Rajesh

Hi Marco,

I came across your post and wanted to reach out, even though it’s been a few months.

At Flowbird Ltd, we’re a Make Partner and regularly deliver end-to-end automation solutions across CRM, marketing operations, lead routing, attribution, and API-driven integrations.

One area where we’ve built significant experience is within fintech and crypto-related businesses. We’ve worked on automations involving KYB/KYC processes, onboarding workflows, compliance checks, document verification, and integrations with providers such as Sumsub. We’ve also helped clients automate customer onboarding journeys, risk assessment processes, and operational workflows where reliability, auditability, and secure data handling are critical.

We’ve partnered with businesses across multiple industries and are comfortable working as an extension of an agency team, whether that’s client-facing collaboration or white-label delivery.

If you’re still growing your automation partner network, or if you’d like an additional partner for specialist projects, I’d be happy to connect.

Feel free to DM me or email me at [email protected].

Many Thanks,

Roshan

Hi Marco — I tried to DM you, but private messages are disabled. This is exactly the delivery arrangement I’m looking for. I build production Make, n8n, and API systems and can currently allocate 20–30 hours per week.

Recent work includes a four-scenario Make system with more than 500 modules, finance document pipelines, and webhook/API services with duplicate protection, retries, logs, and recovery paths.

If the need is still active, please message me with one current workflow and the expected outcome.

Hi Marco,

Your line about Loom videos and SOPs is the part most builders treat as an afterthought. It is the part I do best, so let me be straight about where I am strong and where I am not.

Where I am strong: documented, error-handled builds. My public pipeline write-up states that 8 of 10 execution paths were validated — not 10 — because two were never run. That is the level of honesty a handoff document gets from me: what works, what was tested, and what is still a hypothesis. An agency reselling delivery cannot afford a walkthrough that overstates coverage, because the client finds out later and it lands on you, not on the builder.

Where I am not: I am not going to claim years of agency throughput. My documented work is a 37-node, two-stream ingestion pipeline in n8n with idempotent deduplication and error branches. My Make experience is lighter than my n8n experience.

So instead of asking you to bet on a revenue share up front, I would rather do one paid build first at a fixed fee, with the SOP and walkthrough video included. If the delivery and the documentation are what you need, the partnership conversation is easy afterwards. If they are not, you are out one project fee instead of a quarter of retainers.
