What version of Webflow API Modules does Make use? API V1 or API V2?

Currently Webflow API V1 is being phased out within the next few days. Has Make migrated to V2?

From an email to me:

"This version of the App will stop functioning after March 31st, 2025.

Please make a note of the following key dates related to Webflow’s API v1 to v2 migration:

  • February 20, 2025: Weekly timed shutdowns begin, causing intermittent failures.
  • March 17, 2025: Daily timed shutdowns on v1 API calls begin, causing intermittent failures.
  • March 31, 2025: Complete shutdown of v1 APIs.

To avoid disruption, please update your workflows to use the v2 APIs before March 17, 2025."

Much respect.

Hi, I don’t use Webflow, but I believe the URL is written in the Make an API Call module where you specify the API endpoint, so you can find the version from that URL.

For example, Slack’s Make an API Call module has the following description

Or you can contact Suppot at make.

Welcome to the Make community!

I can confirm that the Webflow modules are currently using v2 of the Webflow API.

If you are unsure, check your Webflow modules to see if you have an upgrade icon on it.

An older module version may not work soon as older API versions can be removed any time by the external service, and cause unexpected errors in your scenario. Upgrading the module as soon as possible gives you time to test and adjust to the new changes. For more information on upgrading your modules, see Replacing Legacy Modules with New Modules in the Help Center.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

Thank you, @samliew

So until I don’t see that Icon. I don’t have to worry about an update?
This might be the solution I am looking for.

See an screenshot from my scenarios section.

I find the Replacing Legacy Modules with New Modules article very helpful.

Thank you, @momomomonmon

In this integration I did not connect my webflow module in that direction. But I do think this is very helpful. Lets keep this up in the forum.

Yes, it looks like you are already using the APIv2 modules.

Another way to confirm this is by trying to set up a new connection.

It will say “v2” in the default connection name.

This shows that the module is using the latest version.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.
