Xero Integration failed to create batch payments

I received the following message from Make.com. I am trying to create a batch payment in Xero. All other Xero modules work fine except for this. Anyone experienced before? I was thinking maybe the connection permission is insufficient. But, I cannot seem to find the setting to add more permission.

This problem usually happens due to authorization issues. To fix it, just create a new connection following the steps carefully.
